Hahaha sunny. What works for me is, Frozen mango, frozen strawberries, frozen spinach with a little bit of water in a simple blender and drink!! I usually do it before bed. Sometimes I may not have all the frozen fruit but even soley strawberries are excellent. Also buy star anise, boil in water, let cool and use a little to rinse your entire face. The rest can go in the fridge for the rest of the week. Oh, I do it before bed. I usually boil half the price bag for the week and put it in a mason jar.......star anise is good for wrinkles...

Honestly the best advice I could anyone regardless of gender is: 1) Consume less dairy !!! (for acne) 2) Drink plenty of water 3) Eat 5-10 portions of fruit and veg a day 4) Consume less gluten and grains (for any skin related auto immune problems) 5) Exercise (but be sure to shower immediately afterwards)
@dinakhalil91606 жыл бұрын
Agreed but ~No dairy period, minimal processed products ( foods and chemical laden products like the sunscreen) SLEEP, stress less. Healthy fats (almonds, avocados)

Eating 5-10 portions of fruit a day would mean you're getting a lot of sugar.

I always care about what I eat. All the three tips you mention. I did it everyday. I honestly think it's the products not the skins. I think everyone is different. It works for one and it doesn't meant it works for all

Not bad advice Carl Sagan.... I see what you did there.... you might even consider consuming zero dairy because it's only Europeans that contain a gene mutation that prevents them from being lactose intolerant in the first place.... African American people should probably consume zero dairy..

I use baking soda mixed with organic coconut oil about once a week to exfoliate my skin, then I use pure vegetable glycerin on top of damp skin. If I go out I always use sun screen.
@timophat6 жыл бұрын
sounds very simple!! :) if you're using glycerin you'll want to be sure to always stay extra hydrated because it pulls moisture from within rather than from the moisture in the air. It could eventually lead to poor organ health (just like drinking coffee or working out while dehydrated.)
@monicaclasener79426 жыл бұрын
bubgum00 It's a coincidence but I just saw a YT video about bad chemicals which will damage your skin and your recipe was named :( Don't physically exfoliate but use AHA's or BHA's. Glycerin can only be used diluted (otherwise it extracs moisture from your skin). It takes an awful lot of reading and figuring out what works and what not; to the point it becomes rather tiresome.

Those disposible cloth are really harsh for sensitive skin+ bad for the environment (not unimportant too). 1)Sunscreen 2) a resonable healthy diet (we're still human) 3) avoid scented skin products/make-up 4) a simple (!) skin care regime can get you far.

I think that it's EXTREMELY interesting when I come across nasty negative comments on KZbin videos because I strongly believe in saying things to add values and encouraging people and "if you don't have anything nice to comment then please keep those nasty comments to yourself! " - as there are other million people out there are learning here! What these specialists are giving us are just GUIDELINES and if you really HEARING them correctly they also said "for sensitive skins". Therefore what they said about those products may not happen for everyone!!! so why be so NASTY? This show is an Emmy Award-winning daytime talk show and the people appearing on these shows have 5-10 or more of years in educations and working experience so how can they give incorrect information...I'm sorry but the only thing I can say is what these "commentors" are doing to this channel is trying to put these professional people down, and NOT adding values to anyone!!! I feel sorry for these commentors.

Sunscreen lotion is used to reduce the risk of skin cancer....not to prevent wrinkles or have beautiful skin. Just because darker skin toned individuals are less at risk does not mean they are completely risk free.

Nubian Ashanti I laught too....black person and sun lotion😆. Their melasma production is so much higher than in white people, and they need less sun lotion....and only when the sun is strong, not everyday ☺

in 2014 black men had the highest rate of skin cancer. I believe it's easy to assume sun lotion isn't needed but I would also not be overly confident about it. It's better to be safe than sorry. The environment isn't the same as 100 years ago. Everyone needs to be careful. Sun rays are getting stronger.
