Awesome. I just argued with someone there isn't enough good music for our holidays. This renews my faith- pun intended. Best.

Truly brilliant on many levels. Jews so talented vocally, musically tell the story to people of our holiday geared for youth set to familiar music and rhyme make us proud of our heritage. And for non Jews to understand our observance and respect 🙏♥️🇮🇱👍♥️

I'm not very big on Channuka (this is the only holiday in Israel you DON'T get time off from work for...) but this definitely got me in the spirit of it. Great job!!

You need a better Employer to give you a few days off during Chanukah. But you are right. It is not an "Official" govt recognized paid vacation. But neither is Purim nor The 9th of Av.
@michelehanlon25862 жыл бұрын
@Yithak Shtarker I don’t think you are Israeli or Jewish. It’s a Jewish holiday,celebrated worldwide by Jews. It’s NOT an Israeli holiday. Jews don’t get off for Chanukah in America either! I think you also answered yourself under another name “ get a better employer” implying you know something about the Israeli government. If you were Jewish,you would know all of this. You are that ignorant little troll from England. I know you. You know me too. Now…..I. bet you will give me a thumbs up on this comment. If you have to write anything,WOULD YOU PLEASE RESEARCH before you make an idiot out of yourself,all the time.😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
@dovbarleib32562 жыл бұрын
@@michelehanlon2586 He is speaking about 2 things that does not exist for Jews outside of Israel. 1. Passover, Shavuot, Rosh HaShanah, Yom Kippur, and the 1st and 8th days of Sukkot are officially Israeli Govt recognized holidays with paid leave (days off). The intermediate days of Passover and Sukkot are also days off or afternoons off for govt employees along with some but limited services by post offices and banks in Israel. Chanukah is neither a paid holiday. Nor do govt employees get days off. Banks and post offices are open, but many employees may get to go home early by an hour or 2 for lighting candles. 2. In Israel Chanukah is a historical event. Unlike Purim, the events of Chanukah exclusively happened in Judea.
@yatz572 жыл бұрын
@@michelehanlon2586 Not sure what this is about, but at least I have some internet weirdness to think about today, so thanks (I guess). Just for the record: I'm an Israeli Jew (and, if I go by what the internet has been telling me for the last two decades, also an idiot, so you got that one right).
