I am doing 17:7 because it works for me. I won't do omad. I have to watch my thyroid as I don't want my metabolism to drop with hypothyroid. IF is the only thing I have ever found to lose weight. I just atarted eating later in the mornings until it was between 10 and noon. Now it is about 11:30 a.m. As long I don't have any physical weirdness from this and I keep losing weight, I will keep doing this. Sixteen pounds has been well worth it. Now to get passed this plateau.

Just wanted to say thankyou for your amazing encouragement and content! I am inching closer to my goal weight, lost 30lbs in 4 months. The one cheat day works wonders I feel as it resets my system and the weight still comes off. Continuously omad makes me stall and not drop as fast. I love OMAD! Iced black coffee is my go to drink to stave off false hunger signals. Works for me! God bless you and your family!

Thank you for sharing your experience. I really appreciate it. I’m not experimenting this week with drinking my coffee black, but I preferred it with cream. I know you take yours with half and half and it didn’t prevent you from losing weight. ( Oh! Thanks for mentioning me😊😊😊)
