This played during my highnschool prom in 2008 and my best friend asked me to dance. We got together a month later but sadly he had to move away for college. We got to see each other again 5 years later but he was already engaged with someone else. We had a good coffee talk and his fiancée came to pick him up. The moment they left, this song played in the shop again and I just felt like shit.

When I was 8-9 years old, this song would always seem to be on the radio when I was in the car with my grandpa. My grandpa really seemed to be at peace listening to this. Being a young child, I always felt this song was strange and uncomfortably intimate. At the same time, it felt peaceful, like a strange magical vortex. My grandfather was a hardened former WW2 paratrooper who jumped in D-Day. To think of a grown man listening to this song in peace with his grandkid still feels strange. My grandfather passed away years ago. Every time I hear this song, I think of you grandpa.

Odds are? No one’s gonna see my comment. After all, it’s been YEARS. This song touched me deeply. The poetry of it. The perfect music. I was deliriously happily married/SO in love. When I first heard this song? I was driving in my truck with my BIG German Shepherd on our way to a long walk. With the lyrics buzzing in my head while I was walking, I had one of those “moments” you will always remember. The crispness/smell of the air in the fall. Knowing that after my walk? I’d be going HOME. To my love. A good meal. The fireplace. Happiness. Contentment. Fast forward: been married 35 years plus. In my life? I’ve loved you more…I’m CRAZY about you baby. XO

I always have to hold back tears when I hear this song, no matter when or where. This was the first song I and my then girlfriend slow danced to at her school dance. I was so deeply in love then. Every time I hear this song I’m reminded of when I was so unbelievably happy and so struck by the kind of incredible and unmatched love you have for your high school sweetheart. I so often find myself dreaming of those untroubled moments, wishing that I could go back to the times when I was so wholly captured by love. Then, after a while, I realize the tears that I’ve been freely shedding, for a time in my life that is long past.

I know how u feel. I used to be like that. Here I am listening to this song however for this time I'm in a relationship. I never thought I'd be in a relationship. I've had 3 exs and they all broke up with me coz I deserved someone better. Eventually one of my friends introduced me to one of her friends over a video chat in another state where she came from. It was like love at first sight for the both of us. Now we're dating and couldn't be happier with anyone else. What I'm trying to say here is that basically anyone can find someone to love and have the feeling reciprocated. Sure I'm in a long distance relationship but this one surprisingly works. Don't lose hope. And eventually u too will find someone that u know is the one. U only ever know they're the one when u have had a feeling higher than anyone else when it's love at first sight or when u have connected enough. Trust me. U will find someone.

I'm planning to have this played at my fiancé's and my wedding. She first pointed out that this song is always playing in waiting rooms. I first knew I loved her when she went on her adorable little rant. She's my whole life and I can't wait to surprise her.

The two songs really represent the duality of existence, now this song is actually relevant and GOOD but most importantly peaceful and COMPLETE. Making it better when compared to the hell we had with the other one yet this one also makes the other one better by comparison. This is the yang to the other one's yin.

It makes us remember our innocent adolescent we were in love but who can make the first step. That feeling of labyrinth who kiss first took a long time to have been solved. Uh , time runs fast and that saddens that the past never come back again. I was so young i was studying in Morocco now I'm lost here in Spain. Please i need to go back to the university i belong to that place.
