Start using player mentorships in rebuilds more. Ex. Use Edey or Clarke to help JJJ rebounding- and JJJ to help Edey with inside defense. Ja with Banes shooting etc.

Sometimes 2k has bad plays set to players. Low Middy but has a Middy Play, or JJJ probably has alot of post Plays when he not that tough in the post. At the same time tho i also change the plays when im trying to develop players differently. I added a 3pt as Play 4 onto a Young Josh Smith and he became a better shooter faster
