Great reaction again. This is a summer festival song ... about a spicy green papaya fruit salad. It is more than that of course, it is also about how mixing the right spices in to your life can make that so much better too. F Hero is a rapper from Thailand, he was rapping (in Thai) to the same rhythm as mixing the ingredients for the salad with a mortar and pestle. This was filmed on the second night (Saturday) at the start of their 2019 tour in Yokohama - the video was released on the Monday, just 2 days later and by that time they were playing in England - they flew overnight straight after this show, played Glastonbury Festival Sunday lunch time and were playing in London on the Tuesday ... where I got my first taste of seeing them live for myself. You said about paying to see them live ... it will be worth every penny. There are a lot of people from all over the world who fly to Japan specifically to go to their concerts - that's no cheap gig. When the world opens up and they can start touring again they will almost certainly be somewhere near you - in 2019 they played 20 dates in the US taking in 15 States and they also played their first US arena show at The Forum in LA for the official launch of their 3rd album (this song is from that). I already subscribed after your first reaction, so I can't do it again - and I still don't have Instagram, so I'll trust those who do to keep recommending more songs ...

"Man, this shit has got me so amped up!" ...Me too, it's been over two years for me finding this group and the amped up feeling never fades. Babymetal has renewed my love for Metal music. Metal had started getting a little stale for me, not as fun as it was in my younger days. But this makes me hyped up like I was a teenager again. There is a joy I feel listening to them that I can't seem to find from any other band. It's a strange juxtaposition of happiness and darkness.

BabyMetal Road of Resistance Live in Japan official- because its the gold standard and that's all there is to it- it is by far the best version of the song- insane crowd interaction- I have seen other reactors weep. Also fun fact, Herman Lee from DragonForce helped them with the guitar tracks on it, so it has that kind of sound. excellent content Bobb-Metal, you have taken an important step in your BABYMETAL journey, most poor souls quit before their first song is even over yet, what a shame for them. but you on the other hand have thrown caution to the wind, and in these trying times when most music is a barren wasteland of no talents and wanna b's. You have stepped outside the box. I have been in the foxhole with the "One" for over five years now, and I can testify after forty plus years as a metalhead, is that BABYMETAL is the best thing to happen to metal since Sabbath and the best thing to happen to music since the Beatles.

The Babymetal story (lore) is deep (the Foxhole). But recently read the backstory on F. Hero a Thai rapper. When Koba-metal contacted him, he thought it was a hoax that a world-class band would want him to collaborate. Though well-known in Thai, he was totally unknown internationally. For a variety reason, just before the show, he almost backed out, but was told (paraphrasing) Koba, the BM organization, the Kami band, and Babymetal selected you and want you to perform with them. His total time on stage was under 2 minutes. As of today, the official video has over 28 million views, which doesn't count all the reaction videos, and concert attendees. He is now gained an international following. Part of the power of BM.

In the comments of your last BABYMETAL reaction I said that they taught me that choreographed dancing needn‘t be crap. This song did the same for Rap. I‘m still not a fan of Rap music and probably never will be, but here it works perfectly and elevates the whole thing even further. As you said, this all shouldn‘t work, but damn, do they make it work. Add to that the contagious smiles and ever-present positivity, and it makes for such a unique recipe, especially in Metal.

You get it. I can see you are hooked. Welcome to The One. We accept all members. You have listened to two very diverse songs. Then again, it's hard to say what exactly is a Babymetal song. Every one catches you in a different manner. But, they all have one thing in common. They make you smile. Thanks for this reaction. Was fun to watch you get sucked in. Now you need to learn the Kitsune Sign. It looks like the typical Devil Horns of metal, but is a slight variant. Put your middle and ring finger out over your thumb to create a fox head shadow puppet. Now you got it. Throw that up whenever Babymetal gets you hyped! Kitsune up! (Su will sometimes yell that out. Nice & thanks again from Japan 有難う💛。 Oh! you are Texan. As far as I know BABYMETAL performed at least 4 times there (Dallas x2, Houston and Austin). As Grington300 300 kindly explained below, BABYMETAL performed at the Forum, LA on Oct.11, 2019 in front of 17,500 audience on a similar movable spectacular stage to that in this video. When you attend their show, you will come to know it is very happy but difficult to keep swinging towel above your head for 4 minutes all along 😄 . This is an MV of live footage with studio sound. F. Hero came all the way to Japan from Thai for the world premiere of this song and he had been very nervous to perform at a huge arena in foreign country. At the actual venue of this show in Yokohama Japan, Su-Metal shouted "Come on F. Hero!" to summon him. And at the end of this song she screamed "Thank you F. Hero!" then the three girls bowed deeply towards him to show their respect. That scene makes me happy.

"Pa Pa Ya" is definitely among their better songs but, in my opinion, it isn't among their best. I watched your first reaction video to Babymetal and made my suggestions there. As usual, they went unheeded. However, since Babymetal has only around 50 songs, it's quite likely you'll eventually get to those songs I suggested - no matter what kind of parameters you might set because Babymetal has you now; there's no turning back.

I have no plans on turning back. I want to hear all of them.
