Yo, that's so dope that you guys get a size? store! Now, you don't have to pay a shipping fee, just tax and a lil' gas to get up to the shop. Wish a retailer like Size? would open up in Chicago, any big retailer it's mainly the Footlocker/Champs/Ebay or JDSports/Finishline family and 9 times out of 10 "exclusive/popular" pairs are already backdoored and managers are assholes. Even with some of the small boutique stores like St. Alfred and RSVP Gallery smh. Not to mention lines would be formed days ahead of time and they're definitely not chill or peaceful

I have fam in Chicago too, and they have said the same thing. I know specialty shops like those mentioned only work for the 'highest bidder' and everyone else has to scramble to get what they want. Here in SoCal we have our share of shops, but they are mad far from where I live, and in my area there are maybe 2 or 3 small shops, and most of them no longer have Nike accounts.

​@@chrisv966 Most of the speciality shops are "highest bidder", especially RSVP but that's kinda expected how the workers are tbh. Footstores are probably the worst tho, gotta have connections or you ain't winning shit. Notre is probably the only store where I've won multiple hype pairs. Any other pairs I get are raffles out of state/country. In SoCal you can drive a bit tho and be in the center of many stores, don't have that luxury here. We get certain things but in terms of the amount of boutiques and speciality shops it's pretty low. Would love to see a Stussy, UNDFTD, Bodega, Supreme and etc. Even more resale shops cuz Boneyard taxing charging like $150 for All White Air Forces smh

@@YoItsMikeee Right? Which surprised me that they hadn't opened a flagship for either Supreme or Stüssy. We're lucky enough that the Stüssy HQ is just 15 min. from the house, and they have outlet sales on some months. But you're right, there are areas that do have strips of shops that cater to the sneaker/fashion scene. But I feel you on that resale for the Boneyard's, totally out of control.
