I generally add pre-made notebooks to mine (I buy cheap ones and then just cut them to size)

Very much enjoyed your video... beautiful journal. Do you find the spine of this journal sturdy? I'm thinking of purchasing the die and just wanted to check. Do you make your own pages or do you use another die to cut the pages? Thanks so much. Yvonne

Very sturdy - because you can overlap the spine when sticking them together, you are doubling the thickness, then if you add elastic you reinforce it further. I generally cheat and just add pre-made notebooks, but you can easily create your own pages (I just measure and make my own if I add my own pages)

Yes it would reactivate the distress ink. However you could use a spray sealer to help with that. Or even micro glaze to seal it. You can search KZbin for Tim Holtz/distress micro glaze & find videos about it, if you’re not familiar with that product.

Yes, a Bigz die can cut fabric, mountboard, cork, felt, leather, thick card, craft metal, matboard, greyboard….
