Being an emotional fighter is not necessarily a bad thing... if you can control your adrenaline, emotions, and stay calm all at the same time... it can become almost like a "super power". Not really but I'm sure you know what I mean. You can harness the best of both worlds... it's a skill that you need to practice if you enjoy participating in combat sports I hate when "experts" spread misinformation on the things that they are supposed to be an expert on. but keep up the good videos.
