Good to see you back. LOL i wrote the recipe down for Toms flat bread, 80% wheat 20% rye flours. Nip of baking soda and A good pinch of salt, Dab of honey A Drible of oil. Ad water till pliable flakiness. Cover with cloth to proof. Then cook on skillet pan with oil, eat the bread with Marmalade cheese and Toms timber bead is good. Myself and my misses make it every time we camp its a good breakfast. Thats the flat bread recipe i remember think it was before you lost your favorite knife.

Bowl in Dutch is 'schaal', with the CH pronounced as a hard G. But in my local dialect the same CH is often pronounced as a K. SKAAL! to you, my bald and bearded brother. 🍻😀 Dr. Jackson Crawford did a great video on the origins of the word Skal a month ago. Could be a nice video for those interested.

While you were gone, I had aneurysm surgery and have been recovering from that, almost back to normal. This is a great time for a new video and one I've been waiting on.
