Maaan, my first ever drag as a kid was on my fathers 648G. I was about 10 years old. What a beauty.

I agree. This guy knows how to operate, I like how he cut's the grade down on his way back empty so he doesn't have to rip and tear his way back out with an oversize turn. Can't help but notice how he also keeps his chains nice and tight!

that's the kind of operators we employ over here. Taking care of the equipment, no useless waste of fuel and using his brain. With operation like that, you might seem a little slow, but after a few years of operation, you will see that this way to do it is much more economic than operating extremely hard, rough and seemingly fast.

Cool video!!! Nice looking skidder.

Well,your highness,the operator is the ower and is financially better off than you will ever be if you double your projected lifetime worth.He owns tons of iron,and is in his 70's.He came out a few hours now and then to skid because he enjoys it It was near his house and he was asked if he'd do this.Its just a hobby here..You can tell by his machine,it doesnt work much.

I sure hope they're selling those logs by weight or by the tree/pole and NOT by scale!
@Graveltrucking12 жыл бұрын
By this time next year ie June 2013 there will be very little logging with China slowing down and new construction in Canada coming to a stand still. Teachers will be using Todd's videos in history class, students this is what people used to do for a living lol. Looks like they got quite a few poles out of that site.

Reving the crap out a engine while using the hydraulics is how you blow seals and hoses. If you do that you are one shitty operator and would never work for my company
