But yes guys today we play Skate 2. I have always had the opinion that Skate 2 is overall much better than Skate 3, but I totally didn't remember it so beautiful compared to the bland world of Skate 3. I think that Skate 2 is way better than Skate 3, but don't misunderstand me I love Skate 3 and it's probably one of the games I've played the most in my life, but as I mention in the video probably just because of the park creater and hardcore mode.
(For making videos however it's much easier for me to record Xbox One therefore it's easier to make Skate 3 videos)

That Rob Dyrdek challenge was so hard lmao. My cousins and I spent an hour taking turns until one of us accidentally got it. The P-Rod challenge from Skate 1 was tuff as nails too. Pretty much anything that has to do with 360 flips or hubbas are my worst nightmare.

That tre flip crook challenge killed me back then. Now it would take like 2-3 tries. Skate 2 has much better physics in my opinion. The bails just feel so much more weighted and painful. Ins S3 you just sort of float around on the ground. Also the animations out of blunt sides are so much smoother.

My favorite thing to do in this game was going to the top of the mountain and skating down into the city. Also dropping in from the Dam was dope. If EA isn't going to give us Skate 4 then they should at least remaster this game and put it on PSN/XB. Also remaster the SSX games as well.

Hey! Just found this older video and was happy cause i can't play this game right now. and yes thats exactly what i also think. Ive skated both games 2 years ago and most of the time skate 2. It was more an adventures with beautiful setting and lightning. I love it. For me the "fall" look was great. Also the security guys :D the mountain, the secret parks, the spots are realy good to skate and allways fun to found. Agreed. If it had hardcore mode, park creator and better off-board controls this game would be unstoppable. For me... those three things hurt the game too much to be as addictive as Skate 3. The overall ambiance of Skate 2 is much better

I feel like the level design and spots to skate were way better in skate 2. Like you mentioned if this had a park editor it be damn near perfect. Only good thing I can say for skate 3 besides just being a decent skating game it had guys like Reynolds in it who I havent seen since the THPS series. I think if skate would've kept going though eventually the series would've went with a goofy unrealistic approach and focused on outrageous objectives. skate 3 was giving slight hints like focusing on hall of meat challenges.

I kinda cheated on that Rob Dyrdek challenge. I got tired of Big Black blocking me so I set my session marker on top of the ledge. Then you just have to do a flatground tre flip and land in a front crook instead of trying to get up onto the ledge with the 360 flip. Technically it counts, but I didn't do it legit haha.

Gave up on Skate 3 years ago ! Never got into it. A true disappointment. It was more of a step backwards than forward. ...Graphics *cough* btw. the Skateride videos are awesome ! Last time, finding new gaps..you were overwhelmed and stuff, but did as you said, you learned it while trying the hypemode line stuff I'm on mac, that's why I don't download it myself. But it was so good to see that this game is rad and...how a game should be: challenging, exciting, fun - even with just pixels.
