SKATE 3 VS TONY HAWK'S PRO SKATER 5

A game comparison nobody wanted, but that's also why i tried to compare features and elements others probably haven't thought about. Let me know what you guys think about Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 5 and Skate 3 and if we get a new Tony Hawk game what would be the most important thing for them to fix or improve.
At this moment I think we're more likely to get a new Tony Hawk game than the long awaited EA Skate 4.
