This weeks’ video is more of a vlog style as we meet up with other Old Guy Skaters at the St. Charles County Kinetic Park, the largest concrete skatepark in Missouri and one of the largest Pump Tracks in the nation. Had blast catching up with old friends, sharing stories, and riding with a group that defines resilience and passion for skateboarding, no matter the age. And hard to believe at 49, I’m the grom in the group!!!

Awesome! The full eclipse is supposed to be an hour or so south of St. Louis. But if you pass through, there is a Facebook group called St. Louis Old Man Skate Cartel where to local old dudes connect for skate sessions in the area 👍

Cool! Yeah, we sometimes take that place for granted. It doesn’t have a modern pool, but the pump track is killer and I LOVE skating that little baby bowl. Glad to hear that you’re still skating too 👊

I Love those Bowls, Looks like something for beginners or intermediates like myself, and I'm 57....That Pump Track Never ends, it just keeps Going & Going, pretty cool

Yes!!! That little bowl where I shot most of the footage is one of my all time favorite places to skate. It's easy enough for beginners and intermediates, but the younger and more skilled guys can have a blast in there too. (We like to call it "Adult Swim in the Kiddie Pool" when the scooter kids take a break and head somewhere else 🤣)

That pumptrack is amazing ours here is only about 1/4 of that. It can get really hectic with bikes and scooter kids.

I think I mentioned in another comment that the best way to stay plugged is through the St. Louis Old Man Skate Cartel Facebook group. I don’t know when the next meeting is, they often happen spur of the moment. But I hope to hit Kinetic this Saturday morning around 10am, if my schedule allows it.
