I'm a 55 year old white guy up here in Canada. I can do, and love doing, skating only on my front wheels. But there is no way in heck that I am going to remove the back wheels when doing so. Let alone removing one of the front wheels from each skate! Man oh man, that first guy has some outrageous skills!!!

@@-D-W ...If you watch some other videos they have, they actually rest on their heel stops. So they are not always on their toes. Skating on your front wheels only, and back wheels only, take your balance and skill level up a notch when you are learning.

Salute to all my fellow skaters,don't know how the hell the 2 wheelers do it but hats off,i'm 50 and still get it in,i don't really know the others but i've known of Myesha for yrs, she's helped influenced a whole generation of chi twn skaters plus she real people and mature to boot, as time catches up with us we learn move more fluidly just part of the game.I must say the new generation of skaters are insanely talented and hope they keep the movement alive.Again salute to all👆👆👆👆

Some of us older skaters still put in that work. I'm 48 and can still do a lot of those moves, A LOT, you see in these videos. I stretch and wear compression sleeves on my knees to make sure I don't over-stress em. Overall, it is a great workout, keeps you in shape, and helps you with your balance.

Quick on my icons. I'm .. Going to be 49 years old, July 19th. I roller skate. with 125 mmmm alphascape from amazon.com I can do anything on skates that I can do a regular Tennessee. Hope you start skating.... And yes, look up Lorain Skate World orgonite. It took five states to have people show up to skate to organ music. I was the youngest person there and I was 48 years old. So there was 480 people and I was one of the youngest. almost.😁

Then I'll switch over to one of my other skating styles. I have about 7 or 8 distinct grooves that I like doing during a skating session (to work the various muscle groups in different ways).
