Its been a very long 2-3 months since Covid-19 took the world by storm. With no skating rinks open skaters were left with a thirst for the SkateLyfe. With skating rinks now reopened in Huntsville I decided to check out their Sunday night adult session and man I wasn't let down and neither will you be!

For those of you continuing your educational covid comments, every skater is aware of covid and all of them are aware that they have a choice of what they want to do with their health and life. Allow others to make decisions for themselves without judging based off of your fear. This video was meant to relieve your mind from the stresses of having to think about it daily. Skating rinks are doing all they can as other business establishments to stop the spread. Ex. Temperature checks, hand sanitizer, and requiring masks at the door. It is hard to do strenuous activities such as skating with a mask on so that is why you see so many skaters without them. Do as you will with your life, no one is judging you. I'm in Huntsville and this is pretty much the only place I've seen black people NOT wearing masks so these guys are probably not bringing it into the rink. Kind of surprised, actually, but really enjoyed the video! God bless and stay safe

@SkateLyfeTV You are correct that these people know the risk of spreading Covid-19 and chose to take the risk. What people like you refuse to get thru your thick head is that by gathering in numbers like this, u put everyone in Huntsville at risk. By letting these people in, come close to each other, and then releasing them back out, you are playing a huge part in those people spreading it to the public. The people in this video don’t leave and directly go back home and stay there. They don’t live in a vacuum. They go into places like the Kroger near my home on south pkwy to get groceries, go into gas stations, shop at parkway place mall, and tons of other places. People can have it and not have a fever or any symptoms at all. It’s not just a gamble you guys take with your own health and life, you are gambling with others as well. If u guys want to gamble with your life, I think you should have that right. But your gambling with other people’s lives too and that is immoral, selfish, ignorant, dangerous, and should not happen. So my questions are : Have you known all of these things or not? Did u not understand all of this? Or do you just not give a shit?

Renita, all I can say is, black people were born with talent. I grew up listening to Northern Soul. I have followed black entertainers all my life because I can learn more from them than I could from white people. God bless black people 👏👏👏👏

Indeed. You can't beat what used to be called "Soul" sessions, (back when I worked them during college) now only Adult sessions, for incredible skaters. The rhythm, the balance, the variety in styles... As soon as my daughter turned 21 I took her so she could experience what skating was meant to be. For the love of skating! Sadly not the same as it was back in the 80's. They used to have to shut the doors and wait for someone to leave to allow another to enter due to fire code! You could sit at a table and the breeze generated by the skaters was just incredible. Hard to describe to the younger generation.
