I skate, own a screen print business (apparel) and build custom drum kits but I’ve never made or printed a deck lol. I always thought I had to use toxic sign ink that ruins screens. Didn’t know you can use water base shirt ink! Clean up is much easier and you can save or reclaim the screen. Nice info!

You only need a drill and make sure you get your holes marked correctly, you can lay another deck on it, clamp it down, and pencil in the truck holes 💙🛹💙

That was made by a machinist per our specific measurements. It has an adjustable wheelbase but the truck hole pattern stays the same. 💙🛹💙

Any hope for a deck that came warped from factory? Bought a brand name signature pro model but upon set up realized it was deformed. (Hard to see with naked eye but once the trucks and wheels were on it was obvious) I got my money back but The board sold out quickly so I can't get another one and it would be great if I could maybe at least partially fix it so I could use it for a cruiser or give it to Someone and not have it just be sitting there. Why do the layers look wet before, and why do the layers also appear to be made of layers?

The glue makes them look wet and the layers are just thin veneers of wood that are cut and stacked in different wood grain directions. 💙🛹💙
