Agreed 100%… no matter how bad I feel, I know from experience to FORCE myself to skate and no matter what I had going on, I feel like 98-100% better. Deaths, Work, tragedies, etc.. skating cures it all(even if it’s only temporary sometimes)

100% agree. Today was a rough day with work and family, and I left the house with a red mist, but I skated, I fell down due to making a silly mistake and hurting my knee but was laughing to myself. I came home and forgot about all the stuff that was bothering me. I was out on my skates for only 15 minutes. It makes a difference. Keep rolling

I'm just getting back into skating again after 5 kids and hitting 33 🥰😂 so it's been around 15- 20 years (but inline has been my jam since the 90s-2000s.). There's nothing like the feeling while on the move... And some of my kids are showing interest too 😊
