Skating the ROOL Pump & Surf Trucks!

In this video I am skating the ROOL P&S trucks. These trucks ar still prototypes and not in production yet. Luckily I had the chance to get a set of these trucks from Brasil, via the guys from ROOL Skateboards.

I will be skating them with a Moonshine Proof 45" Pintail and also with a G|Bomb Bamboo platform with Glass Drop brackets.

How do they compare to poppys?

I will do a direct comparison with DT Poppies in a few weeks, most likely on a dedicated topmount pumper.

what the reason to have rear truck on 15 or 20 degrees? isn't it better to have it 0 degrees?

On a topmount it feels nice and fun to have the rear around 15-20°. Not necessarily faster but it feels also good on lower speeds so under 15kmh. So better for all-round pumping. With 0° you will loose that flexibility a bit but gain topspeed! higher

@@beernettskatesystems4185 which angle is better for larger pumps vs small pumps (wiggling)... zero or15-20°? I prefer larger pumps and more carving feel, even if it's more difficult because I'm doing it for the leg exercise and want something that's close to snowboard carving (bigger S turns).

For larger pumps it is beter to have a langer angle. But as you say, it costs more effort.

Hi, Thanks for the compliments! The ROOL trucks are still prototypes. Hopefully they will go in production around the end of 2020.
