This one spot contains almost everything that represents street skating, it's almost poetic. LA, perfect design, super illicit, total reimagining of original idea, very aesthetically pleasing, and now total decay and sadness. It's funny that this was a much better spot before you were allowed to be there. It's almost like skating thrives better that way. And finally the fact it was an actual courthouse is the cherry on top, you couldn't make this place up. It's super sad the city closed this place to save money.

Love the spot history series. Always entertaining for us skate nerds. I think that this episode would have been better as a multi part though like the parents' house parts. Would love to see some Barcelona spot history soon!!! Besos bumps (the skinny ones on the side walks) and the Besos Waves (bump over bar) would probably be at the top of my list. But you could obviously get 10's of spot history videos out of Barci. Fun excuse for a trip too!
