I love this program. It's so elegant and its beauty relies on its "simplicity" - though a complex program of course - and the mix between silence and power, yet remains expressive. Hase/Volodin at their best. Hope they get gold this season, they deserve it

I saw the free program at the Nebelhorn Trophy, which was accompanied by strong music, and the program in France, which was musically nuanced and refined. Both programs appealed to me. Just like all couples, Nikita and Minerva still have time to develop this. I look forward to it.

I agree. They looked a bit tight. But that last lift is spectacular. Unfortunately, the camera work sucked so the lift didn't have the "wow" effect that it did at Nebelhorn Trophy. Still, no question they deserved to win.

Why did Minerva spoil her dress with silly gold stains? At the Nebelhorn Trophy, these spots were not there. The wrong music at Nebelhorn created more drama, I liked it better, they had two lanes with a lot of speed. This program seems to me to be a Mini-program again. I prefer Nikita style and stronger music. Nevertheless, it was a great performance, even if this program is very similar to that of last season.

​@@fionan7311 They did seem a bit slow but I am sure as the season progresses so will their speed and self assurance. They clearly were the class of the field in this event.
