inflated score for the Lutz - it should have been a mandatory deduction -1 to -2 for the (!) unclear edge.

If his score look inflated to you, then you know nothing about figure skating. He is actually underscored compared to other skaters in this competition.

I think you miunderstand the rule. If judge gave +3 to that lutz, after the unclear edge decision, judge gives -1 to -2 deduction, in conclusion GOE is +2 to +1. Actually he got unclear edge sign and got the deduction too. Score you see at the left corner is GOE that judge temporalily put before the edge call.
