By the way, the descriptions of the CD music videos you give the link to mention the origin of the music. You can know where they come from. As for two-sided mazes, while it's not strictly one, i think of world 2-2 of Yoshi's wooly world. There are some puzzles of Professor Layton and the last specter thst use this concept as well.

This hack is chronically bad at signposting the direction of progress, and that’s probably because the level layouts are a lot less linear. It feels like WL3 influenced the stage design, except that doesn’t work quite right here.

6:28 In the Gimmick Palace of Tomato Adventure... (Spoilers) The second dungeon section is a maze of two rooms if I'm not mistaken, each of one has a front and a back part. Worst part of any dungeon of any game. Seriously. AlphaDream really messed up there, especially considering the game is targeted towards 5 year olds, maybe 10 year olds. (You should seriously consider playing that game. Even with 100 % completion, it's not that long. However, the grinding to have all gimmicks will make your fingers hurt, even if it only last maybe 2 hours with savestates.)

(6:30) Replace "front/back" with "upstairs/downstairs" and you've got something that appears in both of the Zelda Oracle games, and probably others as well. (15:03) A row of 2x2 blocks leading offscreen? That just screams "camouflaged breakable blocks hiding path to secret" to me. I would've checked it.

Pinball is next, and it's a speed run starting in the 2nd room. You get the same time limit in that level, regardless of what difficulty you're playing on. How much time? More than enough to get everything and get out. Enough said.
