A lovely site.Used it a couple of times and as it happens use to work there when it was the Derby miners holiday centre.

I have been going for 5 years and again this year it's amazing massive swimming pool, amusements over the road, it's great for Kids, lots of pubs on a short walk away where there is a pub with Lots of trampolines( im 12 sisters 9) we all love it.

Think where the hair dressers is is what was left of the old reception and dining rooms would have been at the back, loved going here when it was the Derbyshire miners holiday camp

Looks alright but it's heart breaking knowing what that site used to be as I used to go with my family every year, very sad

shame that the nearby Dunes pub and arcade were destroyed by fire years ago and not rebuilt

you call this a place for kids, i dont think so, there is nothing there any more for the kids to play, like when i was a kid,my family used to go there evey year, when it was the miners holiday camp, there was plenty of things for the kids to do then and mums and dads, i loved it there when it was the miners holiday camp. the new boss as ruined it all, he should have up graded it like butlins have, i will give butlins 3000% thumbs up, and skegness sands 0% thumbs down.
