I'm in Canada and live alone... just renewed my mortgage at a much higher interest rate. This means less heat, less light and being creative with meals. Hope you get your new place! ❤

I feel for you, we are waiting on the date that we can move into our new place, we getting close to the end of our notice period in our current place! We are getting anxious now but we have a feeling it won’t be this side of Christmas now 😢 I’m disappointed our daughter is missing out on Christmas as I don’t really want to all the decorations out and then have to pack them all up again

Elli I'm sure you've thought of this, but have you made sure to loudly tell EVERYONE involved that you can NOT be in your apt in Jan and you MUST be out so you NEED to be done? Somehow mortgage companies, legal people etc. have a way of coming through last minute if you tell them you're desperate. But stay on them because they will just go off on holiday and not care.
