I had the original Roboskull when I was a kid for Christmas in the mid 80s. This was always an awesome toy and I am a little sad I missed this release. It looks like an awesome update to the design.

For those who don't know, the Roboskull was the ultimate weapon of the Red Shadows, the bad guys to Palitoy's Action Force (Action Force was the 3 3/4" version of Action Man, who was the UK version of the original 12" GI Joe). That fresh Monkey Fiction 6" figure is a Red Shadow trooper. So he's perfect for the Roboskull.

Aww yeah, such a great toy. I love my MKII SE. I felt like as I put mine together every bit of it was just a little bit better than it needed to be. Everything was so well thought out, and all these little subtle extra features were put in (like storage for the pilot gear, peg holes in the transport pod for the skull bots, the flight stand having more storage inside, etc) It really feels like a premium indie toy. Super great value, especially when you get the flight stand too. I can't wait for my 6" pilot figure to come in for it.

Woah! I remember seeing the announcement for this thing, but I completely forgot it was coming! What a beauty. I love vehicles that can be _centrepieces_ of a display, and this right here belongs in a Captain America display, with Red Skull in the cockpit laughing maniacally like Dr. Wily 😁

I've followed this project since it's inception--I pledged for some figures, but not the craft itself. I have gotten the emails for the project updates all along...........but I wasn't paying attention to all the features. All..............the............features............. My gawd, I am so jelly right now. This blows my mind because it's feature ON TOP of feature. I knew it has very smart design work going into it, but I had no clue ( until this review) of just how in-depth it all was. Man0Man, this thing is a treat. Amazing toy.

Robo, that is a bad mamma jamma!! I was considering the Roboskull for awhile...I might have a case of fomo that progressed into a chronic infection 😆...I should go to a clinic and get a second opinion...maybe some meds😆 putting next to the Classified HISS makes me think of it being part of a MARS special squadron. An Iron grenadier or better yet Metal-Head being the pilot😼. A remarkable review.✌️

As far as not knowing what to display this with goes, I've been grouping my bad guys by color so that Monster Force's Crimson Moon, Valaverse's Crimson Shadow, all the red C.O.B.R.A. folk, and any red-themed Marvel Legends that look like they fit in are all part of one big Crimson Faction Whatever. So you could have the Baroness from the Crimson Strike Team Threepack piloting this thing and all your crimson-themed villains marching below it.

I thought a Lord is nobility, not royalty? I had recently acquired the Batman Beyond Batmobile, I love it so much I'm considering getting a second one. I'm also surprised Robo got this thing since he doesn't collect 4" scale figures but then learning it can integrate 6" figures too? So cool, it's like He-Man meets Star Wars. The Collector ship crashed into a TIE Fighter. Hmm...also reminds me of Dr. Wily's technology from Mega Man. Now I can't help thinking of that classic Sonic The Hedgehog Archie Comics arc where Dr. Wily and Dr. Robotnik teamed up and made hybrid tech of their creations. I shall bookmark the site, thanks for the link, Robo-Senpai! ^.^ Hopefully I can get one soon, but of course...Adulting must come first and this bunny has vehicle repairs to save up for!
