She's just a gimmick card as is, damage 3 by 2 would be more viable.

I think Ciri's biggest issue balance wise is how swingy the effect is. If you get the extra card she's insane if not or if you don't draw her early enough she's bad. If you make her too hard to remove she's just too good. I don't really know for sure but 6 power I suspect might be too much.

@ I tend to agree now but she does take a lot of testing and she's not a popular card. She's quite fun either way though.
