I know it was just a little side comment but I really appreciate how you mentioned feeling anxiety while in the act of sketching. I’ve never heard anyone talk about it and it’s cool to know that it’s both something other people experience and can overcome.

I usually watch your sketchbook tours twice - the first time just looking at your art, the second time at 0.25 speed to sketch along and try to imitate your technique. It's helped my understanding of using value and line quality to describe form immensely. Thanks for doing what you're doing.

I was in the middle of watching another video of yours and then you drop this. The audacity ! Jokes aside your videos really inspire me to become a better artist and I'm hoping that one day I'll get to make art more than just a hobby of mine. Thank you so much for sharing your content !

59:30, I do those too, I see those shapes and lines when I look at the wall, or anything with texture and creates a weird face or shape.

Because of all the pandemic stuff I started associating my desk only with work, so it's been hard to feel comfortable enough to draw without feeling anxious. Honestly, putting on your or Sinix's videos is the only thing that makes it easier to differentiate between work time and art time in one physical space. Now yall both in one video again? Well well well

Lol looking at these sketchbooks I always think of people who tell me I'll draw nothing with a mechanical pencil. Can't get tired making fun of those nerds. They know how to sharpen a pencil but can't draw a proper recognizable hand.
