Hi! I’m no professional but I used to be too scared to draw and I still have to deal with this but if I could give you advice I would say just draw. I know it doesn’t sound helpful, but if you pick up a pencil and some scrap paper, something you aren’t scared to ruin and just draw something. If you hate it that means you’re trying. Just keep going! :)

Wow. I sympathize. I've had to be on Prednisone too in the past, it's horrible. In my case, was given WAY to much, cause it was before they finally confirmed that, after reaching a certain amount of mg dosage, increasing it will not change the therapeutic range; So if you reach a plateau, increasing only hurts/damages, & doesn't help. It can be SO awful, w all the side effects, etc, ESPECIALLY on high dose, but low sometimes too. Just terrible. Horrible times. Mine was for Crohn's Disease. & Various other complications & issues. (Diagnosed at 7, & I just turned 36, so almost 30yrs livin' w my illness/conditions.) Crazy to think it's been so long. I always had severe flare-ups, non-reactive to most meds, & the meds that DID help, caused bad, dangerous reactions/side effects, & almost killed me. So sadly I'm not one of the fortunate ppl who react well to meds & are able to achieve full remission w meds though thankfully have had remission a couple times. Anyway, I don't usually go around talking about it, & please forgive my life/health TMI; Just wanted to say I wish you the best, regardless of what your condition is. Dunno what condition you need to take it for, & it's none of my business. Just sayin', I feel for ya. & I totally empathize, I hope you're not getting terrible effects & hope it's helping you with whatever issues you need to take it for. & Hope one day you won't need it at all!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Same. What I do is look up pictures of what I'm trying to draw and then trace the outline of the body and then I dress it and draw the face and hair. It help's me a lot and I thought I'd tell you. Hope I helped!

What i do to draw the human body is to make a circle that will be the chest, and draw a line that starts at the bottom part of the circle that represents the spine. If you want a straight back, make the line straight. But if you want a curved back, curve the line slightly. But don't curve the line too much or the body may turn out unnatural. And then, I draw a shape that is similar to a pelvis for the hips and crotch at the end of the line.

I love to draw with pens because it's smother to draw with , and pencils stress me out for some reason , I feel like ( to me ) pencils are strict parents and pens are like lose , and fun , because your pen can take your hand places , I do my best work with gel pens , because , I dootle , then , it becomes something amazing !

IceCream Unity I'm not Waffles but I have advice that helped me! Keep doing what you're doing, find an artist you like, find what you like best about their style and incorporate it into the next style you try. I used to copy Lavender Townes art style and I took the way she does eyes and made them more anatomically correct and simple and now it's part of my style! Copying other peoples styles is a good way to find what you like to draw and techniques you use. Now I draw more like Waffles but with much simpler eyes and mouths and a more cartoon style of hair! A lot of people developed their style while copying other artist that they enjoy! Obviously not everything is going to look good together but it's an easy way to start!

I am on my second sketchbook, but I conisder it my first one since my last one I just wasted the pages since I was not really good at drawing yet.
