What an amazing demo! Who would have thought this could be done on a Moleskin?

Amazing Art!! Thakn you for sharing! How long does it take to dry?
@leogalvezart11 күн бұрын
Thank you!! This peace in particular took a longer time to dry (like 72 hours) because I had to use a lot of titanium white. When I paint with earthy colors it’s will dry with in 24 hours ✌

Hello, how much time do you wait for the paint to dry until you can close the pages? Everyone says that oils take so much time to dey amd must be in contact with air. Could you please give me your solutions?
@leogalvezart8 күн бұрын
Hi!! Yes a lot of people have the same doubt.. So it’s depends on a few factors.. i always tends to paint thinner layers and its dry to touch within 24 to 36 hours but when I’m in a rush I use a drying medium (liquin) and it’s dry to touch the next day… remember there’s colors that dry faster, earthy colors for example and colors that take a lot to dry like titanium withe o alizarin crimson. So, always that the paint is dry to touch yo can close your sketchbook without a problem 👌

@ after the paint is dry to the touch you use any product to prevent the paintings stainning the other pages? Or when its dry to the touch it doesn’t transfer?
@leogalvezart8 күн бұрын
@ good question… when it’s dry to the touch there’s no problem with staining the opposite page 👌 but you can always use a “retouching varnish” or also simply putting a sheet of cooking paper between each page . In my case I just wait to get dry and close the sketchbook right away ✌️
