Y’know what? This gives me a lot of hope because even the pictures you say you didn’t like I thought were really charming or beautiful. That made me think about my own sketchbook and some of the pages I don’t like so much and now I’m thinking maybe there’s someone else out there who can see the beauty in them that I can’t :’) Edit: really appreciate you listening about the twink thing, it is sadly common for trans guys to just be automatically labelled and it means a lot you’d reflect on that!

I love your videos! You’re literally so talented!! It’s great to see an art creator talk about something like this. I usually spend 3 months on my sketchbooks but my last one took me 8 months. (Swear I’m not making that up, it’s just funny that lined up for us) I was really upset about it but my art teacher told me that she believed it was because my art was getting better and more complex and needed more time to grow. That made me feel a lot better and looking at your sketchbook, I can say she’s definitely right. I’m so glad you took your time with this sketchbook, I think it will make more of a difference than you think. Happy holidays!

Using gouache on the other side of paper with marker bleed is a smart idea, I'll have to try that out with that shetchbook Also, HELL NO to marker paper for markers, I absolutely DESPISE IT 😭 I highly recommend bristol paper~
