I have an intel core i9 and 4070, fully up to date and having the same issue. Nothing seems to fix it.

You need to downgrade your graphics driver. Sometimes its work

Thanks for responding, so I contacted Enscape and they informed me to delete an app called "OpenCL, OpenGL, and Vulkan Compatibility Pack" and I did and it worked immediately.@@sketchupgurus

Enscape was working properly for a while and when tried to open it yesterday, it gets stuck in 5 percent and won't open. I'm using Intel i5 13th gen with RTX 4050 laptop. Someone please guide me how to overcome it.

I’m using Ryzeh 5 4500 u with Radeon 6 but my drivers are Upto date . I get error that enscape excited unexpectedly please restart sketchup
