So yeah basically its up to you to decide which will be the hook. For beats like this, the hook could be the part of the beat that is more quiet. The busiest part of this beat starts at 0:48 - 1:08 (you can hear the hi hat) it repeats again at 1:52 till 2:14 but it doesn't repeat again. Since that part doesn't repeat again till the end my guess is the producer wants the part from 0:26 to 0:48 to be the hook but you can be creative with it
