Ski Alpin Men's Giant Slalom shortened windy 1.run Sölden(AUT) Highlights - Race Cancelled

Hello all, the Men's giant Slalom are cancelled of to much Wind. but i show you over 30 starters.
Shortened start, i.e. the start was postponed due to strong gusts of wind. after 47 drivers they Cancelled the race and therefore there is no result and the race is not counted.
In 2 weeks are the next races downhill Women's and Men's 11.11.23 and 12.11.23

Yes respect to Marco Schwarz. But its not normal that lose all so much in the flat track sector and Odi lose 0,6 there and 6km/h lower. But I will not say marco schwarz drive badly. But GS has 2 runs and little sadly was so much Wind. But in two weeks its Downhill.

You're not the brightest one are you? The snow is mainly preserved snow from last year (they keep it under a tarp in summer) and it snowed 30 cm last week. Before that the temp was so high no artificial snow could be made. Additionally, they did well needed maintenance of the subterrain this summer. Nothing special about that, and needed for much more than just this race, as this slope is used daily in wintertime. Yesterday they succesfully used it for the women GS event even. But that's probably not a valid reason to prepare a slope according to you? 🤣

No ranking and no points in this Men's GS. The heavy Wind was to strong and so was unfair race. They cancelled the full Men's GS in Sölden
