We sample some great food at Skiathos restaurants on the strip and show you where other fine bars and restaurants in Skiathos are situated such as Lo & La Restaurant, The Rock and Roll bar, Bourtzi Island which a have the best sea views in the world 😉

Thanks for the vid , I’m going to skiathos soon . I can’t wait to go to koukounaries now .I’m glad the Greeks are getting their beaches back this was sunlounger city last time I went it was horrible. Thanks to your video I’m going back there 😊👍

Arhhhhh, we were there a month ago and it was good to see the place again ❤ We didn’t think much of Koukanarias, very expensive, we paid €14 for 2 large but small beers served in white plastic beakers! Walked up to the town and a bit run down 😰 although we stopped at Medusa Hotel for a beer and it was lovely 😊 I am glad that you have both gone back (for your brother too) ❤ Cannot wait to see more, it was your first Skiathos vlogs that got us to go eventually, thanks Terry and Sandra xx

I am sorry but what you think of as "unfortunate" that there aren't as many sunbeds anymore as in the past, Greeks are saying hallellujah, as the situation had gotten completely out of control with most beaches being overtaken completely, illegally most of the times, by a sea of sunloungers and sunbeds, overpriced ones, and the average Greek who could not afford this was being given the finger, leaving no space on a PUBLIC beach for people to come with their families, put their towels down and enjoy the sea, as we had the pumped up "goons" from the beach bars giving us attitude and bullying us off the beach, if we didn't want to pay their overpriced services. Not to mention the woofers playing thumping music at deafening volume..Not all people wanted their beaches turned into Mykonos high-end tourist traps..And certainly they have the right by law to have access to public beaches, even the famous ones..This "war" is ongoing and there is an app for the citizens to report to the police and the authorities every beach bar violating the law.being given the fingerbeing given the finger

You may be lucky, I know when we went we were told the cheaper sunbeds and activities would be there in a couple of weeks 👍 Enjoy, temperatures are currently 30 degrees 🌞

@@terrysandratravelvlogsthanks, I can't wait! We went to Panormos Beach Hotel, Skopelos last June for 10 nights then spent the last night in Skiathos Town. We really enjoyed Skopelos. We were all set to stay in Koukounaries last September until the floods arrived, 5 days before our trip.

We've heard so many horror stories about the floods, you'll be fine now though, you'd never know, everything is looking good again ☀️😎😊
