The hair of Jesus. The voice of an angel and the growl of Satan. Best way to describe Mikael.
@HandsOfCinderblock9 жыл бұрын
His growling is so crisp. Just flawless. It has a kind of restrained sound, makes it seem more disturbing and inhuman.
@WybjornVR10 жыл бұрын
For the record Mikael does write drum parts to a degree. He writes everything really, directly or indirectly. Not without influence from others but he's the musical mastermind that composes everything.

WybjornVR seriously? Even for watershed part?
@Cluless026 жыл бұрын
Yes, which is absolutely remarkable - Seriously, there's gotta be someone's else's soul in that dude's body half the time!! That's some evil, dark shit but brilliant.

But anyone in the band do have a say on any changes he lets the band add to what they play so they all have a say in the end result . It is the best way to keep your band together for a long time as we have seen with them & on the other side of the coin The Allman Brothers Band did the same & they survived damn near 50 years. True creativity comes from everyone that is in a band & works together .

Berly Tannyono Putra - I don't know how talented Grohl is because I have no interest in his music. But I have heard that he is one of the highest paid musicians of all time. Pretty sure he is considered to be the richest American Rocker. Kind of embarrassing.

His growls aren't as great as from lamentations but DAMN! They sound awesome in this performance. He looks like he's enjoying himself while growling.

It seems like they’re trying to solve an audio problem at 1:30 (and there’s a guitar part in the studio version that is absent here as a result), but I actually love the effect it creates. Guitar howling while the drumming just thrums onward.
