You have the hood off more as ride it. Although my aerocharger ran for 7000km and next to no break downs. Miss having booost. Nice sled

Thanks man. I can only hope my sled is as problem free as yours has been. Sitting at 1100kms right now. I would even be happy getting 4500-5000kms out of it. I’m about to make a follow up video with the drivability and tuning side of the turbo. I’ve only rode it once so far but has a slight rich bog on wide open tip in throttle from a dead stop before the turbo spools. Hopefully I can resolve this rich bog with some minor tuning adjustments but from what I hear it’s a common skidoo issue with aftermarket turbos.

Nice looking install. What HP are you aiming for? I’m really curious about the oiling system for the turbo. My MPI failed and I am trying to figure out a way to retrofit, since MPI is defunct. Thinking the GT2860 might be an option. That standalone oil system might be my ticket back.

Thanks. It’s my first turboed sled. I probably won’t push it past 200hp or so. Want to keep it some what reliable. I only weigh 160lbs so it pulls pretty hard between 5-7psi for me. I don’t have a lot of time on this kit yet but yes the standalone oil system is pretty slick. Don’t have to hack up or T into any of the stock oil lines. Makes install a breeze and it’s easy to just top up every couple of rides. For buying a used kit I have been impressed with it so far!

Thank you! I just picked up a new GoPro 360 max. I’m going to try and get some cool riding footage with the finished turbo setup.

Stuff the hole with bread and then put bolt in, works way better.
