What rating (horsepower) is nessasary too run this blower?

Due to this being a hydraulic attachment, there are no HP requirements. However, this attachment does require over 30 GPM hydraulic flow and that correlates to more HP. In the video, we are running a Kubota SVL95 which is over 90HP.

How is this thing powered?

This is all hydraulically powered. We utilize direct drive motors on both the fan and the auger. Additionally, the deflector and the chute are both hydraulically operated so there is no out of cab adjustment.
