Hi Sue, who doesn’t love those Buckeye cookies but this skillet cake really has me curious. I also love the shortcut of using a cake mix. I just used my cast iron skillet yesterday so I think I’m going to be taking it out of the cabinet to use again soon! This looks so good! Thanks for the recipe, and I just subscribed to your channel. This looks great and I like watching you. One thing I would do differently is somehow make the counter service less noisy. I've noticed it with lots of you tube cooking videos that the counter makes such loud noise with glass bowls etc. Anyway, good job!
