1. Calm the adrenaline rush (concentrate on your breathing) 2. The power of pausing (so that you’ll have time to think of what to say next) 3. Mockup your speech (practice your speech in front of another person before the upcoming speech and ask for feedback) 4. Own yourself in the mirror (pay attention to your facial expressions and gestures, don’t forget to smile~ :) 5. Choose topics wisely (don’t pick up any topic to speak on, pick a subject that you are really familiar with) Hi from a Russian living in Japan. Have a great day!✨✨✨

Breath in and breath out 10 times before delivering speech Think about positive outcomes of your speech with this you will feel confident about your speech. Take pause while speaking which help to think , absorb the information and collect thoughts. Use punctuation while scripting. Deliver speech in front of other person like friends, family. Practice in front of mirror, record it Smile also it reduces anxiety.look also on your posture , facial expressions. You should pick that topic about which you know , care Ask three questions - does this subject have any impact on me. Do i really want to talk on this topic? Will people really benefit from this topic? Enjoy your speech 👍

Those who are reading my comment: The Beatles sang to 55,000 screaming fan audiences at Shea Stadium, USA in 1965. Imagine singing to such a huge crowd. But you know what Paul McCartney (one of the beatle) said later in his interview? He said, "When we felt nervous of the huge crowd, I stopped for a moment, I breathed and remembered WHY I am here. That is what gave me relief from stage fright." Hope this helps to all the singers who are watching this.
