Basically knowing "I don't know" is an actual answer. It makes you a bigger person, not a lesser person. Keep track the person never says "I don't know", but chooses to go down the road to whataboutisums or changing the subject. A whataboutisums is basically a arrogant person tapping out of the real discussion. and falling to just say, "I don't know".

Not the typical video I'd watch but I guess it hit a sensible spot for me: the fear of appearing arrogant can be an excuse to not be confident

for me its the other way. I used to not love myself and i dont wanna go back to that so sometimes training my confidence gets extra dramatic to arrogance

I take great care to ensure my methods work for the team. No one else steps up to lead with their ideas and respond with responsibility or accountability except me, and when there's a problem they ignore it until I found out and fix it myself. I've been called arrogant because of that.

This video is exactly what i am looking for. To be honest i asked a friend to send me their answers to check my assignment answers, everything was the same except for one question, i stuck to my answer just because I didn’t acknowledge her other method to answer the question, and thought i had the correct method therefore my answer is the right one. But then I realized I forgot a simple step in my method that impacted my whole answer and made my work wrong! It was an arrogance from me.That’s why i searched for this video and i am glad i’m still willing to reflect on myself and levitate. And, this part was warm 7:40

What is the difference between constructive criticism and just wanting to be condescending, wanting to exhibit power or someone who is under pressure and has to please their manager at the risk of employees in their charge? How should you respond under those circumstances without the person becoming angry and in that case maybe appearing arrogant, which is in fact not the case?

If people don’t know me they think I’m arrogant but when they get to know me they will be like “ I never knew that u were this nice kind and thoughtful”.😂 I don’t give a shit about what people who don’t know me think😂😂
