I have the same type and I'll try to follow your routine. Thank you for sharing. ✨ Edit. Got notified for likes so I'll also update. So far on the list, I added the toner and the snail mucin in my routine and they are effective. My face is less oily than before. I don't have a long routine, just cleanser and moisturizer aside from those two.

For acne scars, my BFF is the Vit C Cream. My husband uses the Banisher to help with acne scars. Now his skin looks way better than mine. No need for high maintenance. Just consistency in dermastamping weekly or bi-monthly

Unfournately i'm too broke 💀 and my family can't afford a dermatologist so here i am relying once again 2022 been suffering for over 3.6 years Everyday just deteriorating my health mentally and physically agonizing pain ,now doing some more research the internet for some advice, tips and tricks etc. for this i have prone-acne cuz my skin is oily and easily get break out outa nowhere regardless i don't eat any sugary food and salty I'm currently using ointment bioderm,aloe vera and safeguard mild everyday and night so twice a day ,Anyways i appreciate this thanks for this insightful video tho Mrs.Divine kim i hope to have a clear skin like yours one day.

I had the same acne type as ate Divine (mine had even bigger pimples). If you really want a for sure, 100% cure to acne, and like me, felt depressed and cried about my pimples so much, please PLEASE visit a dermatologist. It will take a lot of courage, and it may be a bit expensive, but it will be worth I promise. It might be even cheaper, than having to experiment with a lot of products that might not even work for you :")

I have acne prone and oily skin. Had breakouts na sobrang lala during ECQ but when I started to use some korean products, they somehow started to minimize. Now, I followed some products in her routine and I can say, wala na masyadong breakout. Yung dark spots nalang wino work out ko. I think, i consider din the food that you eat, oily foods, dairy, sugar.. They can contribute to that. Yes i agree with you. Yubg face ko dati ganyan din. I started using the ordinary lactic acid 10% and then after 4 months nawala ung mga pimples ko. Now im using the ordinary niacinamide for the scar nman. Tuloy tuloy lang para totally maging okay na face ko.

Yung Rohto CC maganda talaga yan lalo na sa redness ng skin. Same tayo ng skin type. Dati marami din ako acne nung college days pero fortunately, konting redness na lang now. Just want to ask po if have you been to a dermatologist aside from your skincare routine? :) I'm also having very big problems with my acne and just can't get rid of them even if I have been using gentle and mild skincare products already for 2 months now. This video is really, really inspiring. Hoping that someday my acne problems would just go away.

From my experience dermatologists don’t really care. They take one look at you, cringe, and prescribe retinols, harsh cleansers, and antibiotics. Thats what “my” dermatologist did to me despite me CLEARLY stating that 1) my skin is hypersensitive and 2) food has a severe inflammatory effect on me and that it projects out on my skin. She ignored me, and didn’t even realise i had rosacea (i self diagnosed that a few months later). The tretinoin burned my sensitive skin off and the antibiotics worsened my gut, which was the primary cause of my acne in the first place. I knew she was a joke the moment she disagreed with me that dairy and sugar can (and do) worsen skin.

It helps but it’s not an end all be all thing, skincare usually doesn’t work because you have a problem internally but you still have to maintain external factors, test the products they prescribe but definitely don’t continue using it if it doesn’t work with your skin! For me I use the cleanser my derma prescribed me because it is so gentle and has clean ingredient list that are cheaper than most in the market but except for the active (Epiduo and azelaic acid) I use the products that work for me. Make sure you know which ingredients your skin cannot tolerate (for me it’s any fragrance and a lot of emollients) and how thick you can go with your products before your pores get clogged (I don’t go beyond essences and focus more on hydration rather than moisturizing). Make sure to drink a lot of probiotics if you get prescribed antibiotics, give birth control pills a try if your problem is hormones (althea cleared up my skin like magic within just a month but it did give me massive mood swings). Make sure to stray away from inflammatory foods and anything processed.
