Most pools have water showers requirement prior to entering the pool. Fresh water showers protect the skin and hair from chlorine. Fresh water saturates the skin and hair which diverts the chlorine molecules from entering the skin pores and closes the hair shaft. Unless the hair and skin have a high porosity rating pre- creams are not always necessary.

Apply a lot of moisturiser and drink a lot of water. Add 15 drops of coconut oil to the bucket of water while having bath. Try to eat vitamin C rich foods
