This channel is therapeutic, my life is a disaster and yet this channel has a calming effect on me. A couple of videos from this channel and a couple of ingrown toenail clips before putting on a dramatize audio of a book of the bible or an 8 hour audio of classical music for me to drift off into sleeping.... It was me and my partner who came from New York (as in New York City!). I'm a tremendous admirer of Rhys, and now Taylor, for their kindness, humor, good cheer, and above all mastery and professionalism. They are so patient, gentle, and determined - even with the most difficult of cases. And all the tools and techniques! I could listen to them talk about using the crocodile forceps, St. Bart's hook (my personal fave), Jobsone Horne, and Rosen inserter in their Welsh accents all day long. Plus, Wales is magical. I'm not surprised someone from the US is coming to see you. Here it requires an ENT to do it, and they can be difficult to get a referral for, since GP's no longer even want to look into our ears. If I travel to the UK any time this year, I may be calling to book an appointment as well.

Question, In Canada our audiologists perform hearing assessments/tests. Not the cleaning. Do you guys perform assessments for hearing or just the cleaning? To be honest if i had the funds i would be coming from western Canada!! Much loved over here!

the USA doesn’t offer suction removal so i’m not surprised someone from NY booked. i’ve thought if i ever have ear problems that require removal i am coming to the UK!! i’m not letting them use water & force it further in or give me an ear infection!
