Just found your content and it’s so satisfying! Nothing like good old self care, and also educating the public about your condition. If you could do a video of a “spa day” for your hands and feet? Like full on massage, lotions, oils (if it’s possible and doesn’t make your condition worse. Just wanna see a fun elaborate and elegant hand and feet spa day). I don’t typically like feet stuff but I find this very interesting and a rose bath spa day would be cool.

Do you have to shave underneath your fingernails? I usually see you with long nails. I have to keep my fingernails short. I don't have this condition, but excess skin grows underneath my fingernails and it causes severe pain for me if I don't cut them. It grows thick and lifts my nailbed, sometimes it forms as actual skin and my nails grow underneath it and that hurts like hell. My toenails have it worse though.
