Mere Bhai, just to inform you(Mera Hakeemo se taluq hai), jis allum powder se fayda hota hai wo sirf allum ko kootne se Milne waala powder nahi hai. Take a tawa, place the allum piece, keep the flame low, allow it to melt. When that happens, switch off, allow it to cool down, ye transparent hard plate ki tarah Hoga, now grind THIS into finest powder possible. This is the allum powder that will give you the benefit you were talking about.

Let it cool aur phir khurach khurach kar nikaaliye. Ab ko milega ise grinder mein fine peesna hai. There are you tube videos on how to prepare allum powder...wahaan se bhi dekh sakte Hain kaise Karna hai.
