Erin and Kasia, This was very informative. Thx 🙏 I have Skin Sobering and found it so helpful! I've always only used water to wash my face until I started following social media and skincare routines. I started doing facial exercises and massages as well. I'm so upset and frustrated I did any of this as I created lines, wrinkles, sagginess, and puffiness on both sides of my mouth as well as nasolabial folds and marionette lines that I never had prior to doing all of this. Will my skin be able to heal/restore itself? I'm 63 years young. Please advise! With gratitude!

great! My skin ist getting more beautiful since I quit creme and did skin sobering according to Dr. Tjam. No more chemistry on my skin nor hair. Love it. Hair and skin became so much better. I highly recommend the book which I got at some 10 Euros on Amazon in Kindle-Version.

@@pocahontas7364 Hello, it is just about leaving out any product because these products can damage your skin be they organic or not. You apply a thin layer of vaseline when your skins is dry. Vaseline is ok even if it is made of petrol. It is said to be used in medicine for burning injuries. I hope it is the kind of information that might interest you.
