Excessive UV exposure without adequate protection is the #1 cause of skin cancer & premature cosmetic aging. I’ve been protecting my skin daily for my entire adult life and, as a result, my 42-year-old self says to my 20-year-old self, “Thank you!” Bottom line: PROTECT your skin each day to PRESERVE what you have and PREVENT future damage.

I will NEVER get bored of people having a simple skincare routine by using simple and affordable products that we can find anywhere at the drugstore as the Cetaphil brand instead of expensive Sephoras products who basically don't do anything better. Well, that was a long sentence that I just did, imagine saying it out loud. I would probably be out of breath 😅 however, I am simple too and still effective too 😊 thanks

How some sunscreens go on depend on your skins moisture levels. Try a hydrating serum under it that youve tried with other skincare & know doesnt pill if it doesnt work for you then time to try another sunscreen.

I think the fact that you don't wear makeup daily contributed also to the great quality of your skin. My sister who is eight years older than me has a younger and wrinkle free skin compared to mine (wears makeup almost daily), although I have always been consistent with SPF and she doesn't.

I've started using retinol serum about a month ago and so I'm very consistent with sun protection now. I haven't been, I must say, even though I live in a very sunny Greece. I've always hated the feeling of spf on my skin. The same way that I don't like wearing makeup. But I finded an spf with 100% natural filters and it feels much breathable on my skin. My question is - is it necessary to wear sun protection on the days, when I know I'll be just indoors? I love your videos and for me, you are the queen of skincare routine. ❤ (sorry for my English)
@simoncharrier_
@simoncharrier_ 27 күн бұрын
If you are really dedicated to anti-aging, it is advised to wear SPF everyday, even indoors. This is especially true if you are sitting near a window (less than 2 meters away), because UVA gets through. Thankfully, you most likely won't need to reapply in the middle of the day. BUT IF you are like me (dedicated to anti-aging but also reaaally *lazy*), you only apply sunscreen on days when you know you are going to be out for longer than 10 minutes. xD The benefits to wearing sunscreen indoors are purely cosmetic. When it comes to health and cancer prevention, wearing sunscreen indoors is not necessary. I'm French, please ask if you don't understand my English. :)
