First of all she already was approved because the other brand was a clothing line while she was going with skin. They already knew her line was coming out and waited specifically for it to drop in order to have attention on their own brand. There are multiple business with the same name but they are able to do that because they are not selling them same things. Also, her middle name is literally Rhode. No bad intentions and if the company had a problem they could have easily went ahead and settled in court but instead waited. Not smart of them.

It wasn't a speech. She was only answering the questions asked. The lip treatment is causing allergic reactions in some customers due to one ingredient. But the real issue there isn't Rhode or Hailey. It's actually the FDA. It doesn't require beauty/makeup brands to label ingredients which give an allergic reaction if it's not part of a food product which is really sad. And she really can't read all the feedback because there's so much hate being sent her way. If she did, she'd know the exact problem. Jeffree Star didn't even try her products and threw them in the garbage can. I can only wonder how hurtful it was for her but it's also hurtful to her customers because it causes even more people to dump hate and makes it even harder for her to get to actual constructive feedback.

She didn’t have to pay “millions”. She was approved because her line is SKINCARE and the other is a CLOTHING BRAND. Multiple companies have the same name but are able to coexist because they are not selling the same things. If you don’t want someone to use the same name you must go through a legal process to have it only for you, they did not. Also, rhode is her middle name, so it was even an ill intent to use it

@@svetamorgan2563 1) это не иллюзии в моей голове, а ограничения и недалекость в вашей голове 2) если ты вышел из богатой семьи, то для тебя открыты двери, и только, а дальше если ты не умеешь работать, не проявляешь рабочую этику, не обладаешь всеми необходимыми качествами для работы и не готов трудится, чтобы продолжить ту работу, которую ты получил или тебе предложили, то никто не будет тебе лизать жопу, пресмыкаться пред тобой и льстить тебе. Поймите, рынок труда в мире, тем более в Голливуде и Америке крайне конкурентный (и далеко не только в Голливуде), поэтому если человек не работоспособный, то запросто могут выбрать в модели/актера и тд кого - то более достойного, когда всегда есть другие кандидаты. 3) Хейли была успешной моделью и до Джастина, и да у нее уже задолго до Джастина были те самые миллионы подписчиков в инстаграм и связи в индустрии, если вы об этом. 4) как человек, который тщательно наблюдает за ее деятельностью и посмотрела документальный фильм о ее бренде, могу вас заверить, что эту самую команду набрала и вела никто иной как сама Хейли. Глупо считать, что люди сами по себе находятся, а команда сама по себе без предводительства работает 5) как раз таки знания английского нужны, чтобы то самое видео под которым вы оставили комментарий оценить полноценно.
