This is great! I checked it out worried it'd be one of those videos that recommend those long 200-step and harsh routines to teens, but this was such a good and informative video. It's important for teens to know that at their age, they shouldn't be using too many products as they aren't fully developed and it can damage and age their skin faster. They also must look out for certain products and ingredients that might harm them. For the most part, you'll just need a good cleanser, toner, moisturizer, and a spf for the day. Maybe if you have a specific problem you can get more targeted products like serums, spot treatment, essence, etc. but I would consult a dermatologist or at the very least heavily research the product. Don't just go off recommendations from influencers. Finally, remember, skin health isn't only about external treatments. It's also about internal health and various factors. Eat good foods, regularly and eat bad foods in moderation (thats the important part. how much of it you eat), stay hydrated, and make sure you arent low in any essential vitamins and minerals. (You can find this out when you get bloodwork done). Get some rest, exercise, stay hygenic, and take care of your mental health.

My cheap and natural skincare routine-- 1. Face wash- I usually use a face wash named "SIMPLE". It's fragnance free and quite good for any types of skin. 2. Toner- I can't afford a toner so I made it at home. You can use Neem leaves or mint leaves to make it. But I used mint leaves. I boiled the mint leaves with water for 10 minutes. Then strained it and then poured it into a bottle. But spray bottles are more useful. 3. Serum - I can't afford a serum so I used rice water. Take some rice then wash it with water 2 times. Then wash it again but don't throw away the water this time. Strain the rice water and then pour it into a bottle. 4. Moisturizer- I bought a Pond's moisturizer which is cheap. It's suitable for all skin types. 5. Sunscreen- lastly, I bought a sunscreen which is cheap. But that works so good on every skin types. I hope it will help you too. I have acne face. But I don't have too much acne so this skincare routine works for me.❤ I hope it will work for you too😊🌈❤️🩵 If you want the recipe of making sunscreen and moisturizer too, then tell me.
